    City: Frankfurt am Main, Germany

    Tasks

    • Supporting mainly the HR Services team in all related tasks as well as all other relevant HR areas
    • Assisting the recruitment process with various tasks, including the handling of appointments
    • Taking over various HR related administrative and ad-hoc tasks
    • Working together with other HR departments such as Learning & Development, Employer Branding, Compensation and Benefits and HR Legal in special tasks
    • Analysing and structuring of HR related data
    • Supporting HR projects

    Requirements

    • Full-time student in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
    • Experience in using MS Office and willingness to learn how to use other IT tools
    • Enthusiastic about project management and HR processes
    • Fluent in spoken and written English and German, another European language is a plus
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely and cooperatively with different departments and team members
    • Teamwork-oriented and pro-active attitude
